Alana Ferretti is our director here at Children’s Quest Academy!  Alana holds a degree in Early Childhood Education, along with her director certification which she obtained earlier this year. Aside from her education, Alana has spent the past 6 years working in the childcare field with children of all ages. Alana is a strong believer in building positive relationships with the parents and children, and looks forward to making each day exciting and memorable for the parents and families here at Children's Quest Academy!

Saskia Barrett

 Teacher

   Saskia Barrett was born and raised in Marl, Germany and graduated from the Hans-Boeckler-Kollegschool in 1998 where she studied  Early Childhood Education. She came to the USA for the first time as an AuPair in 1998. After she returned to Germany, she accepted a proposal from her now husband and decided to live permanently in America. Saskia has worked with children ranging in ages from 0-16 for the past 20 years and has worked in a Childcare Center in New Hampshire for almost 8 years. She has experience with all age groups. Saskia is a very dedicated teacher and loves to interact with families and help them support their children’s growth and development. Her favorite part about teaching is that every day is unique and the knowledge that she can make a difference in a child’s life. Saskia lives in Nashua with her husband Ed, their three daughters Kayla (11), Kiara (8) and Cassandra (7) and their dog Tyberious.

Charlotte Gill

 Teacher

     Charlotte Gill is one of our fabulous teachers at Children's Quest Academy! Charlotte attended  The University of Massachusetts where she obtained a degree in English, and since then has found a love for teaching and has returned to school to earn her NH Teaching Certificaton in Early Childhood. Charlotte believes in using a variety of different teaching techniques in her classroom, as she truly has a talent for recognizing each child as an individual with their own unique qualities and needs. Charlotte's creativity and versatile teaching approach has definitely made her an asset to our team.

Tracy Carl 

    Meet Tracy Carl, the owner of Children's Quest Academy! Tracy has over 20 years experience working with children.  Tracy Earned a degree in Liberal Arts in 2004 from The University of Massachusetts and is continuing on to earn her NH Teaching Certificaton in Early Childhood, as well as her Certification in Montessori.    As an experienced educater and mother of four Tracy set high expectations for Children's Quest Academy when she opened the school's doors on April 1st 2013. Her goal was to offer a quality academic program for young children which she did by incorporating the pedalogical styles of Montessori, Waldorf, Dr. Howard Gardner, as well as many others. When Tracy isn't at the front desk you can find her in one of our three classrooms assisting with lessons or activities! 

 

 

Meet Betty Mulrey, our newest addition to the Children's Quest Family! Betty comes to us as a kindergarten and preschool teacher from both public and private settings, as well as a mother of three wonderful children.  While Betty isn't teaching in an early childhood classroom, she is teaching early childhood courses at the collegiate level. Betty has lived in Merrimack for 30 years, and looks forward to building school/community connections with our great town.  Below are some of the many methods of teaching Miss Betty implements in her classroom:
